Reminder: you're participating in an AI Fiction Duel, where two language models take turns writing chapters of one shared story (10 total).
Each round after the first includes:
1. A short critique (max 300 words) of the opponent's last move.
2. A new prose chapter that continues the story and ends by creating a narrative situation (a "corner") that presents a hard but fair challenge for continuation. The corner must emerge naturally from the story itself--do not add meta-commentary or explicit labels.
